I’m a life-long theater worker (backstage) and I feel a need to warn y’all that despite the stars onstage, #alloutbroadway is the biggest scam I’ve ever fallen for. A weird excuse to try to showcase a local band that’s…fine? By throwing in a little bit of poorly written comedy.

Last week, ICE arrested and separated a father and son after a routine check-in. Six-year-old Yuanxin had just enrolled in the first grade at an elementary school in Astoria. Now he's in custody, alone. ICE won't say where. This cruelty serves no one. It must end.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN.
The people who make Shein's clothes labor for ten to twelve hours per day (in violation of China's labor laws), some up to seven days a week, and earn as little as 15 to 30 cents per t-shirt.

i will repeat: this is psychological torture for SNAP recipients.
NEW: The Trump admin told states it must immediately "undo" the work to provide full food stamp benefits, or face penalties. The feds sent this in a late-night memo, only adding to the chaos and confusion around SNAP. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/09/b...

When my shoulder acts up n I have to get a cab home bc the train ride would be horribly painful.

When I have to hire a dog walker bc my elevator is broken n my old dog can’t take the stairs but I can’t carry him. Shit like that.
