The problem with Epstein, et al., using BDSM implements is that their sexual acts are obviously rape, so they made an already traumatic situation worse. However, without making that clear, I'm concerned reporting will demonize BDSM and show it as further proof of monstrosity, not a detail of trauma.

I feel like choosing to embrace AI videos as more entertaining than real life is like choosing to embrace the Matrix.
I'm not saying Black Mirror is a good show, but I'm reevaluating my assessment of its bad-faith take on humanity. We're not fulfilling my expectations of not being as bad as Black Mirror.

Isuggestforcedfem has horrible politics stemming from misguided compassion. Like Patrick Califia before her, the has been swayed by self-pitying pedophiles justifying their existence. If pedophiles were innocent, they would have killed themselves. This respect for evil is dangerous. That said:
Robert Evans has also suggested that non-offending pedophiles be treated with respect. He has not been canceled. No one has ever made any motions in that direction. Pedo-jacketing a trans woman for the same bad politics isn't a great move. Condemnation without castigation seems in order.

The modern "people misrepresent how cool they are online" trope, used to demonize computers and the internet, is just a modern manifestation of a 1970s "people misrepresent themselves in classified ads" trope. It is not unique to the technology.
