Shooter's dad called a youth pastor to help coordinate the surrender with the sheriff's office so he could turn himself in.
Okay... But, if my kid ever does anything stupid and has to turn himself in, I'd probably call an attorney instead.

I think we need a Constitutional Amendment requiring the Fed Gov to ensure that every home in America has access to safe drinking water. And I also think the first 1000 gal/month should be free. If we can build datacenters, we can desalinate water at the coasts and pipe it in to fill reservoirs.
