A great website tracking all the companies that have bent the knee to Trump and eliminated their DEI programs, and all the companies that have stood strong.

I bet Trump doesn't even invite the Eagles to the White House this time. He uninvited them in 2018—but after the players had already decided to boycott

White academics, if you REALLY want to disrupt academia and dismantle the imbalances that exist within it, start taking Black, Brown, Indigenous, queer/trans, and disabled scholars' work seriously.

Fly us out for interviews. Cite us. Pay us for talks.

Treat us like colleagues.

i think it is important to say that the open and explicit racism of the president and the vice president isn’t just uncouth or “controversial” but a direct attack on tens of millions of americans and a dereliction of their duty to represent the entire country

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.

Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.

But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.

They aren’t firing for a reason.

SPEAKING OF GARDENS

yall better have library cards. Some (most!!) public library systems have seed libraries and libraries of things where you can borrow things you may not need to own.

Also libraries are revolutionary and librarians have always been on the front lines

The USAF removed Tuskegee Airmen & Women Airforce Service Pilots of WWII from basic training curriculum. For 30 years I promised these women I would not let them ever be forgotten again. I love my library.

If you've never gotten a library card before, do it now. Even if you don't intend to use it, librarians will need all the support they can get for the foreseeable future.

They're an invaluable community resource of literature and far more.

Reminder for everyone: Get a library card. Visit your local library. Check out books (especially banned books). Use the other resources. Attend library events. Utilize an important part of your community that is FREE! Don't let them forget its importance. #booksky 📚💙

I haven't seen it get too much attention so I'm sharing it here as well.
