Nonprofit work is hard right now. For all the reasons. But tonight, I got to spend the evening working with survivors of domestic abuse and sex trafficking on how to use storytelling to re-take ownership of their experiences, even if it never leaves their private journal, and it was a joy to do.

I always have one "traditional" book for home and one audiobook for commuting that I'm reading at the same time, and I love it when they overlap in mind-bending ways, like while I've been reading The Buffalo Hunter Hunter at the same time as Days Without End. <3
