I'm feeling better today. Paradoxically, going outside in the cold to shovel actually feels like it improved my condition a little. A little cold air really clears the sinuses and gets the blood pumping. About 7-8 inches of snow here in Maryland, with a 1 inch layer of ice on top of it.
