We are heading to Pauatauhanui calf day. Reminiscing on the year calf day was moved from a weekday to a Saturday because there were now working parents (not Farmers) in the district. This decision was seen by some as a sign of the end of civilisation. Aged 10 me was fascinated by the discussions
