I feel the same way about the “everyone grows a garden and shares” crowd. Do you have any idea how much food people really need. Share with your neighbors, that’s great. But don’t think we’re feeding everyone that way.
Am I semi-hostile to "mutual aid" as a concept? In a sense I am - because I feel like the idea has captured a section of the left who are well-meaning but do not understand scale or adequately value state capacity.

Johnson's constant "I don't know" either means he does know and he's covering his ass, or he doesn't know which makes him incompetent. Either should be disqualifying for the guy two steps away from being president.
