There's a learning curve but we need more people to join the fight!

INTERNET ANONS - main mistakes to avoid:
1) Telling on yourself / over sharing
2) Repurposing old accounts
3) Reusing passwords
4) Using personal email addresses

We hope to see more Nazi identifications 🖤 get in there 🔥

OPSEC is a spectrum

When talking about OPSEC, sometimes we see people talking about how to be impervious to the feds or infiltrators. Here’s the hard truth. You can’t. All organizing (or at least effective organizing) will involve some kind of risk.

How do we find clients?

A. Christian Picciolini @cpicciolini.bsky.social
B. Word of mouth.
C. Antifascists often send us clients, sometimes they were extremists who were doxxed and reach out to those who doxxed them. (yes, doxxing works)
D. I'm an aggressive loudmouth on social media.

I often get asked how the Hands of Eir program works... what we do. I might as well explain our CURRENT process.

Our work as an exit program is actually fairly casual. We interview potential former far-right extremist / white nationalist clients who then get paired with a peer mentor—usually me.

Shortly after this tragedy, right wing chuds attempted to claim this was the act of Antifa. Obviously garbage, the shooter Wess Roley was a Nazi

“The man accused of fatally shooting two firefighters in an ambush in rural Idaho on Sunday had "Nazi tendencies" in school, sketched pictures of guns and swastikas in a notebook and was "obsessed with guns," three former classmates told USA TODAY.”

Not surprised
Suspected Idaho shooter showed 'Nazi tendencies' in school, ex-classmates say: Updates
The suspected sniper was identified as Wess Roley, 20, Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris confirmed at a news conference Monday afternoon.

I’ve talked to some inside energy industry who’ve admitted that so many Republican elected officials were stupid enough to actually fall for the industry’s lobbyist propaganda to the point that these republicans now push for anti efficiency and more pollution just cause they genuinely believe in it
jessedjenkins.com
The energy provisions in the Republicans' One Big Horrible Bill are truly so bad! Who wants this? The country's automakers don't want it. Electric utilities don't want it. Data center developers don't want it. Manufacturers in energy intensive industries don't want it. 🔌💡

Mutual aid includes checking in on your neighbors particularly those who are older. Folks might not ask for help, but offer. Help carry groceries, do laundry, offer to help clean, mow lawns. Just check in even if it’s just having coffee and chatting

I am 70, neurodivergent, released from 9 days in 2 hospitals without local support or meds. Moots far away are working on meds.
Check on your elders, please. I'm in a 3rd flr apt, no cane. My quality of life would be so much better if

A lot of bookstores don’t carry Plato cause it’s not what customers want to buy. But it seems unlikely anyone is arguing this sort of buisness decision is against free speech. It’s only when it’s something like not selling some rich bigots book that suddenly it’s pearl clutching and free speech
mmasnick.bsky.social
This is super frustratingly wrong @rokhanna.bsky.social. Censorship is not "private bookstore choosing not to carry a book" (something it does every day). I have written a book, and no book store carries it. That's not censorship. It's the book store making its own decisions about what to carry.
digiphile.bsky.social
Being “for free speech” means

1) not supporting state censorship of any books, newspapers, or stations because we disagree with the viewpoints on them, including blasphemy.

2) supporting the rights of private bookstores, networks, playoffs, & publishers not to carry “lawful but awful” speech.

Instead, the media and politicians continue to treat all this as if the president was rational, focusing on if objectives were achieved and asking if we won. That’s a framework of thinking that needs to be abandoned. It’s the same shit that lead us into Iraq. When in fact there is no winning in war
fashfreenw.bsky.social
What should be happening, imo, is a reexamination of presidential powers and if Congress should be passing laws limiting the ability of the president to unilaterally order preemptive strikes on a sovereign nation.

It’s no different from when he dropped that big bomb in Afghanistan. There was no reason so why look for one. Trump told Israel he would drop a bomb so he did. That’s it. Why not let him think he destroyed everything. It’s not like he reads the intelligence reports.
fashfreenw.bsky.social
Like, yes war is very serious and the consequences can potentially be incredibly important. But doesn’t mean anyone has to pay attention or try to refute trump. All that does is legitimize him, making his decision making seem normal or thought out. Naw, he’s just a child distracted by a shiny thing
fashfreenw.bsky.social
Honestly, people should just be saying ya everything destroyed and move on. Trump never wanted to do anything other than appear to himself like he did something. So let him think he did and just move on. The more it’s pressed that this was pointless, the more likely he’ll order another bombing
fashfreenw.bsky.social
I still don’t understand, even after having an entire Trump first term to learn from, why people and media from across the political spectrum still discuss this bomb Iran nonsense as if it came from a place of seriousness. Trump just wanted to see a big boom on the screen in the situation room
altnps.bsky.social
The White House says it’s now limiting how much classified intelligence it shares with Congress, following criticism from lawmakers over the Iran bombing.

For real. I pulled up Fox News right after reading the Cato article and had a chuckle (a sad angry frustrated chuckle but I refuse to not laugh at libertarians)
