People aren't paying attention to this.

We are going to be forced to bail out AI and Crypto.

It's just a matter of when.

Be prepared.

It'll be like 2008 but so much worse and dumber.
I’m reading Sorkin’s 1929

Jesus. On top of the usual Wall Street over-leveraged fuckery, this time they’re going to demand ordinary Americans bail out crypto as well

The night America’s doomed ruling class gorged on lamb, blood, and oil
I love good takedowns of Saudi sportswashing, sexual abusers and those who try to overthrow democracy for their own corruption and grift. One story that does takedowns of all those? Bring it.
And indeed, @willbunch.bsky.social does. Pieces like these are why I subscribe to the @inquirer.com.

The responses to Will's post are worth reading through:
My first political memory - exactly 62 years ago right now, a 4-year-old boy trying to understand his mom's tears - is still the biggest event in my lifetime. We still (IMO) don't *really* know who killed JFK, but we know the public's trust was shattered. It's a straight line to today's mess

Trump also just posted these photos to Truth Social, including the one with Mamdani standing next to a portrait of FDR. Trump mentioned Mamdani asked if he could have his picture taken there.

"It's an amazing portrait in the cabinet room," Trump said. "So he's a big fan of the New Deal, I guess..."
