I personally feel like “it’s complicated” is not an excuse for silence.
If we want games to be treated as culturally important and an artistic medium then you have to engage with these issues. We can’t just have groups that advocate for games when they make a lot of money

thinking about how it's been nearly 5 years since Starlight's last big update, and how basically everything on it's page is outdated. it's not dead, in fact I'd say the past few years have been some of the best for Starlight in terms of further solidifying exactly what I want out of it as a game.
