The radical Left has incubated an environment where political violence is not only justified but celebrated and praised. In July, nearly two dozen armed leftists connected to various Texas-based Antifa-like groups ambushed an Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") facility in Alvarado, Texas. On September 10, 2025, a leftist assassin connected to the radical transgender movement murdered Charlie Kirk because of Kirk's bold support for truth, love of country, and unshakable faith. Two weeks later, another deranged leftist opened fire at an ICE facility in Dallas.
President Donald Trump has officially designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization and instructed his administration to "utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations — especially those involving terrorist actions — conducted by Antifa." Building on President Trump's bold actions, Attorney General Paxton has instructed his office to initiate sweeping investigations into radical leftist organizations engaged in or providing support to those performing political violence.

Definitely. It's each person's business & intent to gauge; no other can! That simply means we should each take our responsibility to ourselves, and our own moral sense pretty seriously--including questioning how we might be affecting our own states of mind if we, say, anthropomorphize a machine.

WE MOURN ALL VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE, AND DEMAND JUSTICE AND PEACE.

Today, on the second anniversary of the horrific attacks of October 7th, we grieve for the victims and for all who lost loved ones. We continue to call for the immediate release of all remaining hostages. Violence against civilians is not and can never be justified.

Two years later, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's far-right government has weaponized that tragedy to carry out a campaign of collective punishment -a genocide -against the people of Gaza. The ongoing siege of Gaza City has trapped civilians in rubble and dire hunger. Roads have been blocked, hospitals destroyed, and food and medicine restricted to a trickle. This is not defense. It is annihilation.

The deliberate destruction of Gaza is a moral catastrophe - one happening on our dime. The United States continues to supply weapons and political cover to Netanyahu's government. That complicity must end.

We refuse the false choice between condemning an horrific attack and condemning genocide. We can - and must - do both. True justice means no double standards. It recognizes the equal value of every life. It is a commitment to protecting every civilian, rejecting collective punishment, and demanding accountability for every crime committed.

On this anniversary, we remember every innocent life lost - Israeli and Palestinian alike. We mourn all victims of violence, and demand justice and peace. Real safety will never come from mass killing or collective punishment. It comes from equality, accountability, and humanity.

Brian is exactly correct, of course. You cannot train a deep learning model to make a video game, because nobody actually knows how to make video games, much less record data on this subject. It is a mystery; they extrude out of some people after a lot of tears and screaming, mostly.

I've no concrete idea although I assume some estimation of the cost to society of very low mental well-being is involved? It's the kind of thing that economists and risk assessment types have been working on modeling for some time, so I'm fairly sure it's somewhat tangible, but based on self-report
