Amazing read, I'm so glad they spoke with Roger Dean AND got images from his book!

I wrote about this game on the CRPG Book, it's a legendary vaporware - a huge team of super stars, extremely ambitious scope (6 episodes with 24 CDs each lol), and rather conflicting reports on what it actually was.

One of the more incredible stories out of LA this year has been how a taco review blog became the best on-the-ground coverage of ICE raids in the city.

Finally: AI cannot do your job, but an AI salesman can 100% convince your boss to fire you and replace you with an AI that can't do your job, and when the bubble bursts, the money-hemorrhaging "foundation models" will be shut off and we'll lose the AI that can't do your job, and you will be long gone, retrained or retired or "discouraged" and out of the labor market, and no one will do your job.
AI is the asbestos we are shoveling into the walls of our society and our descendants will be digging it out for generations:

also steam did get around to closing the last uk loophole i knew about so i had to spend more money to unlock my OTHER account (i mean i didn't necessarily have to, but with a sale on, it just seemed reasonable to buy something off my wishlist)
