Despite concerns over the conduct of the ballot, we were hopeful this was our chance to move forward. (1/5)

I’ve been doing the job long enough to be surprised by very little, but getting an email from a council officer via the NL site asking for (free) advice on whether to make an intentional homelessness decision, with details of the case, was a bit of a shocker.

This is shocking how vince is being treated. He has cancer and other health issues, and yet his TMO leave him with pests around the home and a kitchen not fit for purpose. Blocked sink and leaks mean he is having to wash the dishes in his Bathroom and he also has no Gas. youtu.be/jZLR9AkmvUk?...
