AYO WHAT!?
Imo assuming you're okay with paying a bit more, Steam Frame is the upgrade for Quest 2, Index or any 4-6 year old headset at this point.
But it doesn't make sense for anyone that owns a headset from the last 2 years (Q3, Q3S, QP, P4, P4U and etc) unless you're a tinkerer/hacker/developer.

There is a massive space for standalone headsets between 2K plain LCD and 4K micro-OLED.

I finally tried it and ngl Marathon is DOA without major changes. The game doesn't flow at all, there is so much dead air between things actually happening. Also the guns don't feel good to shoot either and don't feel distinct enough.
