It’s definitely great not having right wing dickheads and nazis here but all it does is make space for the left vs libs fight to get vastly more omnipresent and annoying. Threads is cursed but it’s the only one that doesn’t consistently make me depressed after scrolling for 5 minutes
i love to see people tweet that they're leaving twitter for bluesky, and then after like a month they head back to twitter with a laundry list of complaints that all boil down to "bluesky isn't toxic enough"
