Just a reminder that death during character creation in Traveller was only standard in the first edition, aka Classic Traveller (1977/81). It became an optional rule in subsequent editions. Don't let one rule from over 40 years ago stop you from trying the game! #TTRPG #Traveller

GM Tip: While there's no need to prepare every detail, don't under-prepare because you were afraid your efforts would be wasted. Nothing you make is ever wasted. You can use it later, in this campaign or the next. Even if you never use it, the practice still made you a better GM.
