Other states, especially those w/ active fight scenes, have much more robust regulatory structures. For years, Nevada's ED was a former FBI agent; Andy Foster in CA is a well-respected former fighter. New York maintains a full-time board-certified neurologist as Chief Medical Officer. We have Greg.
