We are fast becoming a banana republic, with two standards of justice. If you oppose the leader, you go to jail just for speech. If you're a loyalist, you get immunity for your crimes.

That's what happens in Iran - not the United States. This is a decision moment for America.

🚨 Dr. Susan Monarez, the fired head of the CDC, just testified that RFK Jr. told her that Trump backed his move to weaken childhood vaccine standards.

Just in case anyone was believing the bs about there being any real distance between RFK and Trump on vaccine conspiracies.

Growing evidence that this is the most corrupt White House in history.

Trump has tripled his net worth based on corrupt, illegal crypto schemes. Trading access to the White House and national security secrets for foreign investments that make money for him and his advisors.

Pay attention. Something dark might be coming.

The murder of Charlie Kirk could have united Americans to confront political violence. Instead, Trump and his anti-democratic radicals look to be readying a campaign to destroy dissent.

1/ Here's what's happening.
Stephen Miller: "The last message that Charlie Kirk gave to me before he joined his creator in heaven was he said that we have to dismantle and take on the radical left organizations in this country that are fomenting violence. That was the last message that he sent me ... we are gonna do that."

None of this is normal.

Institutions are shuttering venues of dissent. The judiciary is being turned into a mechanism to harass Trump's political opponents. The media is silencing critics.

And now the Senate is no longer going to do advice and consent.

None of this is normal.

My floor speech yesterday:

1/ The rules change Republicans are pushing through the Senate - to confirm dozens of Trump nominees with one vote - is another sign of our vanishing democracy, as the legislative branch voluntarily bends the knee to the executive.

We are not living in a democracy any longer when our criminal justice system is used to selectively punish the President's political opponents and give his loyalists and friends immunity. We are becoming a banana republic in front our eyes and we cannot normalize it.

In a marathon hearing on Thursday before the Senate Finance Committee, RFK Jr. faced a barrage of questions from senators who were outraged by his recent actions.

In some cases, Kennedy appeared to promote flat-out lies.

Pro tip for covering pregnancy-related arrests: don't use the word 'infant' before finding out what actually happened.

More evidence that the DC police takeover has nothing to do with stopping crime. It's just about politics and suppressing dissent.

They are literally refusing to enforce gun laws - because the have to pretend the gun industry's "more guns keeps us safer" BS is true.
“Federal prosecutors in D.C. have been instructed not to seek felony charges against people who are carrying rifles or shotguns in [DC], regardless of the strength of the evidence, according to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and an email reviewed by [WaPo].” www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...
