incredible to have a president who appears to be speed-running getting impeached, and even more incredible to to have two other branches of government who are just sitting there watching it as if it is actually a livestream which they are unable to impact in any way

if a major politician held an emergency rally about the current ongoing coup by the richest man in the world, I think people would go to it. Shit is well and truly fucked. I can think of a couple of people who should do that right now.

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.
