As a Black person im not buying shit for Black Friday through Cyber Monday. I will not be patronizing Walmart, Amazon, Target, Starbucks or McDonalds. No interests presents for Xmas, I’m more focused on sending a message to these companies and spending time with loved ones vs mindless consumerism.

Added a raspberry ice cream because I had another Creami pint clean. The sorbet has a tea base, everything else is whole or almond milk. The Ice creams are whey protein fortified w/ fat free pudding or xanthan gum as a thickening agent.

Local poultry farm thats been family run since the 1800s has ONE turkey left out of their whole flock. They only raise them based on the amount of preorders so you get assigned a bird when you buy it. You can visit it when its alive and help cull it if thats your thing. Seems kinda slave-y to me.

I was not aware you could steal free things. I have never returned a book to the LFL, but I've donated lots of other books to them. Am I a monster? I thought the purpose was to exchange and enrich the community where libraries weren't easily accessible?
One of our devs when putting his PTO on the calendar made it a mandatory meeting with the entire department that also marked anyone who accepted it OOO and unable to book meetings. I figured out how to fix it, told my boss, who told his boss, who told HR and now they’re sending me a thank you gift?
