It's worth knowing that there is no statute of limitations for federal murder charges, seems like a nice little platform item for a future presidential campaign.

As angry as
.. everything..makes me right now, I find it helpful to remember that it's tragic that so many people think that hurting other people will make them happy. Whatever happened to DJT or Stephen Miller to make them so angry is also tragic. Imagine being that unhappy? No thank you.

While I get it, I think an obviously doomed impeachment effort is a bad idea and a waste of time.
IMPEACH: The case for Democrats to get moving on impeachment now—and what that would look like, and why it could help them rather than hurt them in the midterms. (And not just Trump but his terrible cabinet, too.)

Embracing Impeachment
The case against Trump and his cabinet keeps growing—and the argument for waiting is no longer convincing.

It feels like we're just weeks away from a full on civil war, right?

It is kinda wild how the president is evidently receiving some kind of regular medical care that requires IVs and we don't know what's up

He's on Leqembi.

Lot's of evidence to support this.

The Alzheimer's drug Leqembi:

- Is administered through an infusion (for example, through the hand)
- Can cause swelling, bleeding, or fluid leakage in the brain, requiring regular MRIs
- Can cause tiredness

Curious. 🤔

Fun fact. I actually went to seminary. And , while it may shock some, there were hardly any mentions of Charlie Kirk in the New Testament.

For the record, I don't mourn Charlie Kirk's death or think anything about him was heroic, noble, or Christ-like

Good God. The performative morality play of people here "mourning" the loss of "discourse" is too much.

Shitbag got shot. My balloons are for an unrelated celebration I promise.

Maybe this is a “this is not who we are” people waking up to what America actually is we’ve been trying to tell you this all along response?

Sure kids and Jews and black people and civilians are killed all the time here but not political violence that’s what’s shocking! /s

I don't feel bad about a fascist getting shot. I'm pretty tired of the left leaning moralizing that always comes with this shit. You advocate dehumanizing those without voices and sometimes they'll take action. If that makes me an "online ghoul" per @sykescharlie.bsky.social then cool.

I wish I could repost this three times a day every day for the rest of my days. It’s difficult to believe people don’t realize how fucking stupid Trump’s Big Ugly Bill is when it comes to energy!!! 🤬🤬🤬
Inslee: If you need more energy, the dumbest thing you can do is disallow access to wind, solar, and advanced batteries—three of the most productive ways of producing new energy. And yet, that’s exactly what he’s done.

I tried to tell you the reaction to the universal injunction ruling was overblown. Pleading a class and getting it certified isn't that hard, especially for something so obviously broad in scope and harm.

The hot takes on #Scotus injunction/birthright case aren't coming from many practicing litigators because, when you read it, it's probably the right decision.
