While I get it, I think an obviously doomed impeachment effort is a bad idea and a waste of time.

I tried to tell you the reaction to the universal injunction ruling was overblown. Pleading a class and getting it certified isn't that hard, especially for something so obviously broad in scope and harm.

I tried to tell you the reaction to the universal injunction ruling was overblown. Pleading a class and getting it certified isn't that hard, especially for something so obviously broad in scope and harm.
The hot takes on #Scotus injunction/birthright case aren't coming from many practicing litigators because, when you read it, it's probably the right decision.
