Cat update: she’s extremely, worryingly underweight at less than 2.5 lbs, extremely friendly and box trained, and doesn’t have a chip. We’re asking around but she’s living in the guest room.
Apparently cats showing up and asking for help is a thing that happens to me now.

Watching our neighbor attempt to clear his very long driveway of thick, icy snow while it’s getting dark and his children sled around him. It’s really unlocking some old childhood memories.
