It is wildly inappropriate for the Trump Admin to go after its political critics like this—let alone heroes like Sen. Kelly.

Kelly is a patriot who has always put our American democracy first and always supported our servicemembers and the rule of law.

Something neither Trump or Hegseth can say.

Trump is weak at home, and he can be stopped – so long as the domestic political logic of foreign intervention is recognized and turned against him. This act of war is about regime change in the United States. It only succeeds if Americans allow it to do so.

Over the past eight weeks, the dismissal rate of the Trump DOJ's criminal complaints in D.C. has risen to 21% — compared to 0.5% over the past decade.

Some errors came after senior officials made public statements that strayed from the allegations in sworn court filings, violating department rules.
Unprecedented errors are eroding the credibility of Trump's Justice Department
In years past, it was relatively rare for a federal court to question the Justice Department's competency or good faith. But such questions are becoming more common.

Republicans aren’t serious about health care. Republicans have never been serious about health care.

They have no plan. Not even a ‘concept of a plan.’

All they know is what they’re against: Medicare, Medicaid and Affordable Care.

1. Jared Kushner's trip to Moscow yesterday was not just unethical; it was illegal.

You cannot accept tens of millions of dollars from foreign governments and simultaneously conduct high-level diplomacy for the federal government.

It says it right in the Constitution.
Kushner’s Moscow mission wasn’t just corrupt. It was unconstitutional.
Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law, has been traveling the world to participate in high-stakes foreign policy negotiations on behalf of the president.
