ICYMI ICE quotas are 3K detentions a day. That’s why they hunt in packs. They all get bonuses for meeting quotas. Private firms own and run the detention centers. ICE has to keep feeding people into the system so the oligarchs and their lackey’s like Noam, Bovino, Homan and Miller I’ll get richer.
