not to mention you're not allowed to bomb actual drug smugglers either! that would still constitute a crime against humanity!
If you're allowed to bomb suspected drug smugglers without having to prove they're drug smugglers, then you're allowed to bomb anyone and simply claim they're drug smugglers, in which case the claim that they're drug smugglers should always be ignored or rejected.
