I personally prefer the aesthetic of tapes and the plastic backing that usually comes with them. As I suffer from IBS so bad it can make me feel like my kidneys are getting certain male nerves being squeezed... hook and loops are almost a necessity for me. I miss Megamaxes and like padding so much.😭
