I know it goes against cultural/face-to-face norms, but TRUST me, especially when dealing with busy internet people/creators, a DM saying

"Hey, if you have a minute, {THING I WANT YOUR INPUT ON}"

Is VASTLY preferable to "You busy?" and will get way more responses. It shows you put the work in.
