I know a lot of you have already heard or read about BDS Movement's call against Microsoft, and felt weird and bad about it all, but decided to move forward as normal because of some degree of ambiguity.

I'm glad someone finally fucking said it, because implict to this whole conversation is erasure of the fact that trans women are capable of being harmed or assaulted, and erasure of the fact that these exclusionary laws don't just make us "feel bad", but actively endanger us.

the recent uk court decision is notable not primarily for its direct legal impact but because every institution in british society is going to interpret it as a starting pistol for open season on trannies
