I thought Trent looked bright today. Decent defensively and going forward and finally got that eye of the needle pass I was hoping for.

We’ve had 13 corners and, beyond Ibou’s chance earlier on, we’ve not created any decent chances from them. We really need to get this set-piece coach sorted with assets like Konaté and Virg in the team.

We’ve created some decent chances, just lacking the final flourish. If can we turn it up a few notches in the second half like we tend do, I’m hopeful we can take the lead early doors in the second half.

This is, quite frankly, outrageous. Can’t believe the footy media isn’t talking up our manager as some kind of super genius miracle brain, but happy enough that it’s going under the radar.

You have to say that’s some result after resting so many players and getting minutes into legs of players who will 100% contribute down the line in the next few weeks.

A lot will be said about the lads but one must also point out to the manager group. They dealt with going down a player in a calm manner( no immediate substitution!) and once again managed to reverse an unfavourable situation in the second half.
