Noteiksim māju apsaimniekotājiem pienākumu informēt iedzīvotājus par to, kā veidojas konkrētās mājas atkritumu apsaimniekošanas izmaksas. Vai tā ir atkritumu izvešana, vai tiek piestādītas soda naudas, vai izdevumus rada nelegāli novietoti lielgabarīta atkritumi.
