Visited Copenhagen for the first time last year. Courtesy levels toward one another were very noticeable. Particularly noticeable that no gonshite was walking about with a phone on loudspeaker. The Danes have it down.

It's worth noting many large corporates could run on a similar basis. You only need look at companies making millions upon millions in profit to see this is true. All that stops it is corporate greed. A personal hope for 2026 is that people make more conscious decisions with their spending power.

This isn't charity but a business model. My hope is that it's one in which everyone does well including the business and me. I think it's transparent and holds us to account whereby we aren't making intangible promises. Basically it means we put our money where our mouth is.
