Fun fact: In 2017, before ULTRAKILL, I worked on a short horror game that mixed together PT and the Black Lodge from Twin Peaks with randomized "scares" (creeps? eeries?). I only worked on it for 2 days, but some files from it still live on in the ULTRAKILL project.

Act 2's visual changes are mostly less noticeable than Act 1's since the levels were already higher fidelity, but some areas like 4-2 are much livelier now.

A good cautionary reminder to indie devs: If you're going to sign on with a publisher, do extensive research first, including asking other developers who are or have worked with the publisher in the past.

So it's always awesome to see groups of people doing just that.
