The EHRC has ruled trans women are not permitted in lesbian spaces and trans men are not permitted in gay male spaces. Trans men are men. As a gay man I won't be told by heterosexual judges which men can be allowed in gay male spaces. This is an attack on the right of LGBT people to self-organise.
