I just learned that Illinois law includes something called the Yo-Yo Waterball Sales Prohibition Act, which prohibits sales of "a water yo-yo or a soft, rubber-like ball that is filled with a liquid and is attached to an elastic cord."

We're hosting an exchange student from Spain for a month. His flight was supposed to land last night, but now it's been delayed until tomorrow due to weather issues. I guess there were concerns that the rain in Spain would fall mainly on the plane?

Chicago's main indie game developer organization, Indie City Games, is a little under $2,000 away from hitting its Kickstarter stretch goal of establishing an official community work/hang space. Any contributions would be appreciated.
