When the fascists are finally defeated, the amount of rebuilding that will need to be done is going to take an incredible amount of work. Don't trust any politician that is promising a return to the status quo. A system that allowed this to happen is a broken system. Full stop.

The hotel and airline bankrolled challenge to the Olympic wage *did not qualify* for the ballot according to the LA County Registrar.

This means the city’s Olympic wage ordinance , $25/hour beginning this year and $30/hour by 2028, goes into effect for tourism workers immediately
