Why Is the Government Really Refusing to Investigate Russian Interference in Brexit?
Keir Starmer's decision to exclude Russian interference in the 2016 EU referendum from his inquiry into foreign interference in our elections should ring alarm bells, argues Sergei Cristo

Reform UK councillor slapped with a £40,000 fine for hiring an illegal worker. 🤔

So much for "taking back control", apparently the rule is: deport them… but only after we’ve squeezed some cheap labour out of them.

A masterclass in hypocrisy!

My wife watched some Christmas shopping stuff on Channel 5 on Friday evening. I noticed that the programmes were "proudly sponsored" by Help for Heroes! So that's where a chunk of your charitable donations goes. Sponsoring rubbish TV. Certainly not helping "heroes".

I've just started her "Book of Lives: a Memoir of Sorts". So far it's wonderful. No one will be surprised.

I absolutely agree. I often leave the room while the news bulletins are on.
Radio 6 is a tribute to all that is best at the BBC. It is inform, educate and entertain in musical form: Utter loveliness. And then they periodically allow the news department to mutilate it with these context-free anti-asylum bulletins, reminding you of all that's worst about the BBC.
Radcliffe and Maconie on BBC 6 music is one of my favourite things

Having it interrupted by breathless news bulletin telling me ‘government has banned taxis for asylum seekers’ *really isn’t*

New lines like ‘Home Office spent £1k over weekend on taxis’ would struggle to make a local newspaper

“Did Nathan Gill ever say anything you disagree with in return for his bribes from a Kremlin stooge?”

“Did you, in your roles as his boss, friend, mentor & party leader, ever question his full-throated support for an enemy of the UK and if not, why not?”

You can have those for nothing, lads.

Farage can now be easily boxed in to a corner where his only ‘defence’ becomes: “Yes I spouted Kremlin propaganda & Putin worship but, unlike Nathan Gill, I didn’t need bribes to do it.”
It is, once again, a question of whether interviewers have the temerity to shut down his whining obfuscations.

They are a shower of incompetent fools. How people vote often astonishes me.
Nigel Farage said their flagship council in Kent would be a "shop window" for how they would run the country.

Just months after taking over they're now set to slash multiple council committees as they struggle to fill posts after sacking nine of their own councillors

Those of us in Scotland have had to put up with hugely biased output from BBC & Radio Scotland for years. Their anti SNP reporting is obvious (see some examples below), but apparently, it takes bias to someone in a foreign country for anyone to care. #bbc
