Every bike is a cargo bike 🙌

This is my 10-yr old's bike, loaded up with a flute, a violin, rucksack with book and packed lunch, fleece and coat. Double panniers and some old inner tyre on the rack to tuck coat under.

A DEFRA report suggests London is now finally compliant with UK legal #AirPollution limits for nitrogen dioxide (NO2).

DEFRA reports that last year, London complied with the UK’s annual average legal limit of 40ug/m3 for NO2, 15 years after it should have.

A new study has found that lower exposure to #AirPollution (nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) and PM2.5) was linked to better eyesight in children.
They believe that not only can cleaner air play a vital role in protecting children’s eyesight – it may even improve vision.

We celebrated Car Free Day by opening Liverpool Road for play 🌺☀️🏸🥀🏃🏼‍♀️🌳⚽️☕️🛴

Specifically the planning department who are giving permission for increasing numbers of dark kitchens, increasing PM2.5 pollution - one of the most dangerous air pollutants effecting everyone from unborn babies to the elderly.
