She hasn’t. Tumors keep popping up in the most hard to reach places. Ends up in hospital for weeks to months at a time often for infections. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I’d of checked out long ago after seeing all she’s been through over the last 7 years.

CAR-T uses your own cells right? That’s a huge difference to other stem cell therapies

My friends treatment was for cancer and it used donor cells and she ended up with Graft vs Host Disease where the OG cells and Implanted cells fight, leavening her without tumor suppression like we have normally

I’ve seen mixed results. Some swear by it. Some no so much.

I’m on the fence. Anything stem cells make me pause. I have a good friend that did stem cell stuff and it went horribly wrong. I need to see data and numbers.

Although, after learning how some of these cd20 numbers were derived… oof. 🤣

Somewhat. But from what I’ve seen most from here are going to another country for it.

That’s good! Hopefully it continues forever. 🧡

How has your flavor of MS been treating you?
January 16, 2026 at 2:39 PM
Like a dumpster fire lol. Next infusion is Tuesday. However I’m walking in to get a caudal epidural for my back which will help a lot.

This is the first time I’ve had the crap gap this bad. In the past it’s been minor. This round it’s all my symptoms amped and every joint aches.

Fun times.

Thanks Scott. Nothing like a two week crap gap to really motivate some educational rage-writing 😂🧡

If you listen closely you can probably hear the MS speaking in demonic Latin.

Hope it passes quick.

Found it, thanks. Seeing the violin sold me lol

Sorry to hear. Life is a series of dogs. We lose one and say never again but end up doing it all over again.

This is my third round with a staffie. The others were 2-3 years old when I got them so they were a *little* more mellow than this current terrorist 😂
January 14, 2026 at 11:37 PM
Thanks. Everything was great until I woke up lmao
January 1, 2026 at 12:14 PM
I clearly need better friends and family lmao. 99% of them, if they were ill, wouldn’t mention it until it was too late, let alone hang a sign on the door.

True on both accounts. But at least there’s a record created and maybe the next group of muppets will.

That tracks. Canada doesn’t allow direct-to-consumer prescription drug ads the way the U.S. does. Not many countries do allow them.

I’ve only started seeing MS drug commercials here in the U.S. in the last couple of months. Now I see them daily.

I’m so sorry for your loss. That uncertainty is one of the hardest parts of these medications — there’s no clear way to know if they truly slowed progression or not.🧡

Tolebrutinib. It’s an oral BTK by Sanofi for SPMS. Approval got pushed again to 2026.
