The latest in my town’s e-bike drama is that there is a man speeding on an electric unicycle during rush hour and the police cannot stop him. Unclear if they meant he can’t be stopped because he isn’t breaking any laws or if he is too fast for the police to catch.

It’s interesting to me that Mike Johnson frequently dodges hard questions about Trump by claiming he “hasn’t seen it” but is completely comfortable suggesting that people shouldn’t be paid without having any details. Says a lot about his priorities.

I’m no fan of AltNPS, but I think they’re talking about the Thayer amendment, which was passed in 1866 and does say that only deceased people can appear on currency.

My local moms group is reporting ICE sightings in my town and multiple people have posted comments to the effect of “if you’re scared to leave your house and need someone to pick up groceries, etc, please DM me, I want to help.”
