Scared because oh no it revives enemies (though a weaker version), and intrigued because I was not expecting the puppets to return in the way that they do

Deathcatchers are a rare enemy that causes all nearby dead foes to get resurrected until it is destroyed.
The resurrected versions are slightly slower and weaker, but as the dead stack up, their numbers can easily become overwhelming.
