There is a 7-hour time difference between DC and Moscow. He was invited at 11:44 AM on Thursday DC time. That was 6:44 PM in Moscow. He saw Putin at 8:00 PM according to Sky News and Russians. He left Moscow at 2:00 AM. He may have actually been sitting in the Kremlin even when he joined. (2/2)

I was supposed to sit in on a webinar about veterinarians getting exposed to H5N1 on dairy farms with the first data, but it got cancelled because the CDC isn’t allowed to communicate findings. People on the call that saw the data said it’s interesting but none of us at risk get to know about it.
