This is really good news for thousands of students - ERASMUS is a fantastic programme that UK students should have kept all along. ERASMUS provides opportunities that without funding many students could never afford. It can only be a net positive.

We’re now up to 22 ex-Tory MPs joining reform. It’s not subtle - every day clearer this is just a rebranding of the nutty fringe of the Conservative Party offering to rerun the Truss/Johnson omnishambles

The only reason Gill stopped being the Reform UK leader in Wales was because he failed to win a seat in the 2021 Senedd election.

Zia Yusuf keeps trying to make this sound like this is ancient history, and Reform washed their hands of him, but nothing is further from the truth.

Please take a minute to read their letter, & share it with the people in your life who need to hear the truth about the people they are protesting.

The lying shits who posted it said

“You won’t believe this guys. We’re having a day at Dover and the asylum seekers, it’s crazy.

“They’re just all coming in, they are. They’re all just flooding in. Look, all the boats, it’s just asylum seekers everywhere.”
A widely shared video claims to show a large number of asylum seekers on a Dover beach.

But the footage isn’t from Dover. It appears to have been filmed on a popular beach in Goa, India.
Viral video does not show migrants at the beach in Dover – Full Fact
A widely shared clip which contains a voiceover of someone claiming people on a beach are asylum seekers at Dover is misleading.

Farage claimed in his speech today that he would raise £65 *billion* by cutting climate policies, DEI schemes, and ‘Quangos’.

He’s not running a serious operation and every political journalist in the country has a public duty to shout that from the rooftops

Yes. The “reset” (if fully realised) has just taken the edges off Johnson’s bad deal.

Yes. We are putting ourselves in danger being so tied to the US star.

Chilling warning from Fiona Hill - let's not forget, Putin's biographer before she went to work for Trump in his first term. She knows the signs of growing authoritarianism, and she sees them in the US now.
Remember Fiona Hill? She’s now sounding the alarm again: “We’re definitely on a path toward full-on state repression. There’s no question about it. I’ve thought about this for an extraordinarily long time.” When Fiona speaks, we should all listen.
