In theory, yes. But I watched a video this morning in which the woman repeatedly asked them "where's your warrant" and in the end they just busted in without one. So that's a thing that's happening.

Bien dicho. Tenemos en España una mina de oro del turismo que se podría revertir cual fondo soberano petrolífero en la población local. Pero nunca pasará porque hay demasiada corrupción e intereses inmobiliarios.
