all of the ground given to republicans on our rights began in the biden admin, and kamala did not indicate any particular change from that policy. trans people in red states have been living in this reality before trump's election and its silly to try to gain points with centrists by ignoring that.

The Biden administration in its last year, created an explicit framework for red states to follow to ban HRT. "If you set up some pseudoscientific commission filled with anti-trans activists to say it's bad and use that as justification to ban HRT we will not challenge it."

It's what Florida did.

Another interesting thing about Walsh is that in addition to being a soft dumbass who pretends to be a christian for money, he also says a lot of things a pedophile would say.
