Caracaras turned out to be surprisingly difficuilt to research, partially because of their conflicting lore, and partially because of how much bullsjit and AI generated slop clutters the internet lately. Found out some cool facts though!

Of all the crimes against humanity committed by the Game Of Thrones tv show the worst is convincing some folks that dropping a knife during a clash to catch it with your other hand is both cool and a good idea. Not only it looks fucking stupid, it literally only works if you're fighting a mannequin.

The best part of working on the new Primer is that I find the most wonderful birb blooper pics to send to Anna during my research dives :). In a few weeks she'll have enough to make a special edition with drawings of silly goobers.

Gotta say, writing lists of skills, items, etc. is the least fun aspect of my work. It's not that I dislike coming up with that stuff, it's that repetitive tasks sap my mental resolve faster than saying "What do you mean I gotta do it TWICE?"

Shadowrun campaign up and running, and I managed to get a new player into the game - who played SR knows why it's an achievement. We have weekly voicechat games for big runs and "wheneverly" small gigs in writing. Today everyone contracted VITAS while hunting devil rats. Good times.
