According to ICE's own data, of the estimated 10ok deported through June 24, convicted murderers totalled 0.58%; kidnappers 0.42%; sexual assault, 1.2%. Of those with criminal records, most are traffic or immigration offenses.
Despite vow to remove the worst offenders, ICE data shows less than 1% of deportees had murder convictions
