I was wondering… is it a SwiftUI app?

If so, the swiftdata stuff is remarkable. I used it on a project last year and it worked really nicely: developer.apple.com/documentatio...

It essentially runs the entire backend for you, with each user having their own backend for data separation.

That makes sense, sync conflicts and sync systems are a huge pain in the but!

Without sync I don’t think it would fit in my life very well. But I could see it working for other people who aren’t spread across as my computers!

Do ya know if there’s and easy way to sync across computers using something like iCloud or Dropbox?

I read news on lots of different places so i’d want to only see stuff I haven’t already read.

Can it be improved over time by tagging stuff it allows which doesn’t pass the vibe check?

Other question is… is there a place to see the stuff is screened out to check for false positives?

God damn. This looked perfect and a great price, but the manning website want $59.99 for delivery to the UK.

Any idea where I can get a paper copy in the UK without a big delivery fee?

Really happy to see more BDD books, I can direct peope to them rather than having to explain fresh everytime :)

Thank you! Along with the meds I’ve been making heaps of lifestyle changes and all sorts.

The meds haven’t been working much the last two weeks and I’m so glad I’ve been able to maintain it.

Hoping the step up to 5mg will be enough to reach my next goal.

It’s been surreal!

We need to resource good quality support the same way we approach things like sexual health as a community service.

A simpler screener to identify areas of need and then trail periods with professional judgement.

It would transform lives & almost certainly be economically positive too

It’s not even safe for people to get a diagnosis of some conditions in many countries right now due to discrimination.

This is especially true with things like Autism, where you can’t move to many countries if you have a dx.

So we should never “require” a diagnosis for support.

i recently got a great deal on a barely used folding ebike and i have to say it has revolutionized my train travel. i can get from my front door to the amtrak station in a little less than 5 minutes!!!

Oooo. I haven’t updated on the Mounjaro stuff for a while

It’s been good, I’ve been on the 2.5mg starter dose for an around 10 weeks

All in, I’m down around 10kg which is having a huge positive effect on my mobility

If not having much effect now, so I’m stepping up to the 5mg dose from today :)

As someone who was subjected to conversion therapy, it doesn’t work. It won’t work. It’s torture. I was hooked up to an IV and made to vomit watching gay porn for two hours per week. I was prayed over. Bibles and the Book of Mormon were shoved in my face.

Up n bouncy mega early today.

Waiting for ADHD meds to kick in before I start on a really repetitive and fiddly development task :)

I’ll need to repeat a process 31 times with minor variations each time which is a lot.

But it will then merge ~152,000 rows of data for me… thats pretty darn good :)

Is there a user who’s having this issue. Or is this an assumption?

In my experience people are extremely flexible and get used to things… it’s possible this isn’t a huge barrier for actual users because they are used to it.

It’s why we need to check with actual users.
