They're moving me to unlimited PTO and not cashing me out, but moving my 40 hours (which I had banked specifically to carry over so I can go on a long trip next year) to next year, which they'll burn down as if they were a paid benefit.

Is that...legal?

The thing that this tells me is that there are zero women or POC or especially women of color working on their product development and QA teams.
