If the NOs win, the Supreme Court will have 2 Dems & 2 GOP -- deadlock. The Governor can nominate a judge, but the judge must be confirmed by the GOP Senate. Two seats could be empty for 2 years, until the next judicial election.

Yass & the GOP are spending a fortune to get GOP voters to the polls to vote NO.

The PA Supreme Court has defended vote-by-mail ballots, un-gerrymandered our Congressional districts, and is upholding the PA Constitution's Equal Rights Amendment & Environmental Rights Amendment.

Yes!

All the statewide judges on the ballot originally ran as Democrats. They are recommended by the ABA.

They have ruled to protect voting rights, healthcare access, and all the good things on the list that image.

Judicial Retention is when you decide whether a sitting PA judge should be kept on the bench for another term.

It's a Yes/No vote. YES means the judge keeps their seat. NO removes them.

Vote YES on Nov. 4th for _every_ statewide judge to keep them protecting our rights.

I lived in Oregon for decades, when you couldn't pump your own gas, and _deeply_ affronted at having to pump my own gas in PA. Get out of the car in the rain!? Fuss with the gas cap?! Horrors!

Just plugging in my EV, in my own driveway, is BLISS.

Oregon National Guard Adjutant General, General Gronewold says if they are federalized, that he will advise the Title 10 commander to utilize National Guard Troops to PROTECT protesters at ICE facilities. This is the right answer.
